During our initial consultation, we will take the time to understand your brand, its goals, and the challenges you're facing. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to share any specific expectations you have for the consulting sessions. We value your input and aim to create a customised plan that addresses your brand's unique needs. This initial consultation is for 30 minutes but the cost covers the full value of this 1-on-1 Brand Identity Consulting Service. The total amount of hours spent on call will be a max of 2.5h. An extra 30 minutes will be dedicated to each 1h call as a post-session recap and to construct your Action Plan Documentation. All sessions will be booked in either 1h or 2h slots. -- Cancellation + No-Show Policy: If you do not show up in the first 15 minutes of the call, the appointment will be marked "no-show" and another session will need to be booked. If you are running late to the meeting, please notify us as soon as possible.
