Julien Macdonald made a triumphant return to the London Fashion Week schedule with the highly anticipated JulienxGabriela AW24 collection.

 

The star-studded event took place at the stunning Freemasons' Hall, central London, showcasing Macdonald's signature ultra-glamorous designs that have adorned A-list celebrities such as Gisele Bundchen and Bella Hadid on red carpets worldwide.

As the Head of Digital and a seasoned creative and digital strategist, I orchestrated a spectacular digital and social media experience that propelled the Julien Macdonald brand to new heights during the London Fashion Week Show.

 

Leading a dynamic team of over 20 digital professionals, I ensured seamless execution and delivery of all digital aspects, from pre-show buzz to live coverage and post-show engagement. By effectively managing contracts with external sponsors and suppliers, I maximized exposure for the new collection, securing coveted celebrity placements within hours of the show's conclusion.

 

Collaborating closely with designers, stakeholders, and industry partners, I transformed concepts into captivating digital experiences, resulting in exceptional engagement metrics. The show generated over 1 million impressions on Julien Macdonald's Instagram alone, leveraging the brand's massive social following of 58 million from attendees and influencers alike.

As the key decision-maker for all digital and brand-related endeavors, I went beyond digital realms and embraced the physical aspects too. I designed captivating invitations that gave a glimpse of the enchanting world of JulienxGabriela AW24. The step and repeat backdrop I created served as a visually striking centerpiece, capturing the essence of the show.

 

Working alongside VIP guests, models and other esteemed guests, I facilitated seamless collaborations with Getty Images and Purple PR, guaranteeing top-tier press coverage and media exposure. My meticulous attention to detail extended to approving all assets for press releases, meticulously retouching images, and keeping the main website up to date with the latest collection highlights.

 

But my role extended beyond aesthetics. I curated an engaging post-show social calendar, keeping the excitement alive and fueling conversations among fashion enthusiasts worldwide.

 

With a seamless blend of creativity, digital strategy, and meticulous attention to detail, I crafted a multidimensional experience that left a lasting impression on attendees, resonated with a global audience, and solidified Julien Macdonald's fashion-forward reputation.
